Going back to work!

I had my grievance appeal meeting on Wednesday, and trotted through my statement and the usual arguments. I was strangely calm, and didn't really have any expectations. We were all set for going to Employment Tribunal. An hour after I got home I had a call from my Union saying "We've won!" and I couldn't quite take it in. I've been offered one day a week from the beginning of January, so I'm going back to work! Feel strange about it, because on the one hand it is fantastic news! We will have enough money to stop us sinking in to debt, I will get my holiday pay from last year, and I don't need to worry about trying to find a job for one day a week (not that I'd ever be able to find anything that would pay the same) but on the other hand, life as I know it will be changing and I'll have to get my head around teaching again!
