Moving on?!

Well, after what seems like years (we tried to sell two years ago, we've been on the market since just before Christmas this time around) we've finally had an offer accepted and accepted an offer on our house, so dare we believe it, we might actually be moving?  It seemed like there was very little hope of things going through, as the vendors were taking their time to consider our offer, and there was nothing else for us to buy.  We decided that a smaller 4 bedroomed house with a postage-stamp garden really wasn't going to see us through the next 12-18 months let alone longer term, so were very much 'stuck' without the house that we've put in an offer on.  Then the news came yesterday, they've accepted!  Although very much aware that lots can go wrong, and the time-scales involved are quite scary - it feels like one of those times when you can feel happy and enjoy the moment!!  Trying to think our way around all the work we've got to do - seems like an impossible mountain to climb when I'm so tired, but really really want this to happen so we've just got to buckle down and get on with things.  Possible move date 17th August.  Woo hoo!!!
